The #1 Technical support request is Unable to Access Course content, usually when recently purchased. Most of the time its because of a stored cookie in your browser. It’s an easy fix. Before requesting tech support please follow this process: 

  1. Log out of your account by actually clicking the “Logout” button in the top right. NOTE: Closing the browser DOES NOT log you out. 
  2. You can use a “private” or “incognito” window…OR
